My name is Lerrod Smalls, I'm a Father, Husband, Entreprenuer and 'Power Coach' for Black Men. I have lived a life full of significant successes in business and high income to failing marriage and Bankruptcy.
My story isn't very different than most black men in America based on statistics. starting out in a low-income neighborhood in Brooklyn, raised in a single-parent home, I was programmed from my early years that life was to be hard and that I was always going to have to struggle. The thermostat for my success was set so low that even when I did have growth I was brought back down by my own self-sabotage. These blind spots were only exposed when I became ruthlessly committed to a new way of being!
Now, I live a powerful life that I Love full of relationships and resources that work for me. As a black father, husband, and entrepreneur in America, I always felt there were some unique challenges holding me back; but I could not figure out exactly what to do...
